This purpose-built residence is a “home-from-home” for older adults who need assistance with daily living but do not require round-the-clock clinical nursing care.

The activities team organises a diverse weekly timetable, ranging from classic bingo and quiz games to creative crafts, flower arranging, and gardening. For social stimulation, Sandiacre hosts, music entertainment and dancing, plus excursions to local Nottingham and Derbyshire attractions. These activities are tailored to individual abilities, ensuring that every resident, including those in the specialist dementia suite, remains socially connected and active.
