What we do
Our care homes run with virtually no agency staff which means our residents are surrounded by familiar, friendly faces. We encourage our carers to offer our residents genuine companionship as well as outstanding care.
Dementia
Care Services
Patience and an emphasis on the personal lives that our residents have lived. We work with families to provide flexible, responsive services that give our residents meaning, often through helping with daily tasks at home.
Nursing
Care Services
Our registered nurses are kind and compassionate; our nurses stay with us on average longer than they do with our competitors.
Residential
Care Services
Our residential care residents live active and communal lives. They are encouraged to go out and maintain relationships within the local community and we are regular visitors to local sites of interest.
Respite
Care Services
Many of our residents choose respite as a way of trialling life within our care communities. Many use it on a regular basis so that families are able to go on holiday or have a break from caring for loved ones. When the time is right, they choose to make their stay permanent.
