Try before you buy
Short-term respite care is available across all our locations and services. These rooms come with a minimum booking period of two weeks and carry a small premium over the published prices for each service at each location.
While often used to give primary caregivers a well-deserved break, or for recuperation after an operation, Hudson Healthcare utilises respite care as a strategic “try before you buy” service, helping people make the right decision for themselves. Making the right decision ultimately benefits everyone.
We also see a handful of residents who are repeat respite customers, using the service as a backstop, to give themselves strategic breaks for reasons as varied as regular vacations or prospecting for new homes to buy!
