You and your loved ones can trust that the care you experience will be respectful, individual, professional, and delivered in a safe environment.
Our homes help to create the right environment to support you and give your family peace of mind. Enjoy our elegant lounges, spacious bedrooms with private en-suites, coffee bars, hairdressing salons and lovely gardens. Experience the excellence of our design, and the care taken in furnishing our homes.
We make sure you can always reach your loved ones safely. In addition to regular visits and busy calendars full of home events, we have tablets to enable you to access the internet and connect with your relatives as often as you would like.
We encourage your involvement in planning for the care you receive. We value our relationship with you, your family and other healthcare professionals and view this as a partnership towards achieving your goals for your loved ones.
Our homes play an important role within their respective local communities. Our reputation within the communities in which we operate helps us to attract the most compassionate people as well as the goodwill and support of local groups.

To share a bit about me, I have 25 years of experience in the health and social care sector, which has provided me with the necessary grounding and knowledge to embark on this new and exciting journey at Lornebank Care Centre. I began my career as a nurse in Mauritius and continued in this role when I moved to the UK in 2005. I have since become a Care Home Manager in 2013, have held an Operational Manager role – overseeing two separate care businesses – and have completed a degree in Management. Ensuring the consistent provision of the highest quality care and support possible to residents, staff and relatives is my priority, and I very much look forward to the next chapter of my career here at Lornebank Care Centre.
I am a registered general nurse and throughout my career I have been fortunate to care for some wonderful people both in the hospital setting and the private sector. I have progressed professionally throughout my career and have vast experience as a home manager. My focus is on delivering high standards of care for all, and to create a warm homely and inviting environment.
Having 14 years of experience in the health/social care sector provides me with the necessary grounding and knowledge to embark on this exciting journey at Harbour Residential. I have been a qualified nurse since 2007, completing my training at the University of the West of England.
I have held various roles in the NHS at both the Bristol General Hospital and Bristol Royal Infirmary, including as Senior Staff Nurse and Clinical Site Manager. After 10 years at the NHS, I then transitioned into the care home industry, working at 3 local care homes in Clinical Service Manager and HM roles.
I pride myself on achieving and maintaining high ratings with the CQC at all the homes I have worked at. Ensuring the consistent provision of the highest quality care and support possible to residents, staff and relatives is my priority.
It is a privilege to be a part of the Harbour Residential team and I very much look forward to meeting you all.
